• Follow shift handovers, change control, and escalation processes
• Assist with routine maintenance and contribute to documentation
• Perform additional support tasks as required

What You Will Need

L1 Requirements:

• 1–2 years' IT support experience
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar
• Driver's license and willingness to travel

L2 Requirements:

• 2–4 years' IT support / field experience
• Microsoft , Azure, and CCNA or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Driver's license and flexibility to travel
