Job summary
Curve Gear is seeking a Content Creator to shoot, edit and optimise native short form video and photography for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts, driving awareness, engagement and sales across on-location shoots and in-studio setups.
You will own production, edit efficiently with CapCut, Premiere Pro and similar tools, craft hooks and captions in plain English, and adapt content for each platform while maintaining Curve Gear's brand voice.
Qualifications
- Video, photography and editing skills required.
- Proficiency in CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro and audio/sound design.
- Strong knowledge of platform-native formats for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Copywriting: hooks, captions and short scripts in plain English.
Responsibilities
- Content production and editing across multiple platforms.
- Shoot and capture video/photo on mobile and studio gear.
- Rapid editing with dynamic captions and sound design.
- Repurpose long form to short clips; one interview yields five posts.
- Write hooks and CTAs sounding like Curve Gear.
- Create ad creative for Meta and TikTok.
- Test hooks and optimize performance.
- Produce and direct UGC content.
- Track performance metrics and report monthly.
