Job summary

RMB is seeking an IT Solutions Architect to define and govern technology solutions across its cross-border payments ecosystem in Africa. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience leading cross-border payments architecture with enterprise-wide impact.
• Strong understanding of SWIFT FIN and ISO 20022 messaging standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern technology solutions across cross-border payments ecosystem.
• Provide strategic technology solution leadership to modernise cross-border payments platform.
• Define and maintain target architecture for cross-border payments across the organisation.
• Develop solutions for payment hubs, SWIFT, ISO 20022, clearing networks and settlement processes.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, regulatory obligations and payment strategy.
• Establish architectural principles, standards and governance for the payments domain.
• Produce conceptual, logical and physical architecture artefacts.
