Job summary

Hollywoodbets, based in Umhlanga, Durban, is seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to join the Purple Team. You will manage CRM platforms, coordinate campaigns, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with Marketing, Loyalty and Analytics to drive customer engagement.

This role requires 3–5 years of experience, BRD familiarity, and strong reporting capabilities. You’ll configure campaigns across channels, support data governance, and help optimize processes to grow our engagement across Africa

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience with CRM platforms, marketing technology solutions, or customer engagement systems.
• Experience managing and executing CRM campaigns.
• Experience working with CRM vendors and third-party technology providers.
• Experience gathering business requirements and producing BRD documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting system and data-related issues.
• Experience working with reporting tools, analytics, and customer data environments.

Responsibilities

• CRM Platform Administration & Maintenance: manage day-to-day operation, health, and governance of CRM platforms.
• Campaign Execution & Marketing Support: configure, test, schedule, and deploy customer communications across channels.
• Data Management & Data Quality Assurance: audit data, fix discrepancies, ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Reporting & Analytics Support: maintain CRM reporting environments, validate outputs, troubleshoot issues.
• Business Analysis & Documentation: create BRDs, specs, and process docs; liaison with stakeholders.
