Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Experience with different banks (local and foreign currencies).

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payment batches (EFTs) and ensure documentation is complete.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for resolution.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with audits.
