Qualifications

Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for a Creditors Clerk to join their team in January 2025

• Grade 12 any additional financial qualification would be a benefit
• Experience with entering, maintaining and reconciling monthly creditor's invoices and statements
• Experience with preparations of cheque requisitions and processes payments to creditors
• Experience with compiling and maintains accounts payable records by checking and approving vouchers for payment
• Experience with preparing invoice deduction notices, as necessary
• Experience with answering all vendor inquiries
• Experience with analysing vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted
• Experience with all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files
• Experience with preparing analysis of accounts, as required and assists in monthly closings
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Own vehicle and valid driver\'s license
