SUMMARY : Creditors Clerk

A leading company in the manufacturing sector is looking for a skilled and detail-driven Creditors Clerk to join their finance team. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full creditors function and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier accounts

POSITION INFO :

Minimum requirements :

• Matric (Grade 12)
• A Payroll Diploma is required; a financial qualification is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Excel and Office 365
• Strong understanding of purchase order processes and invoice matching
• Experience managing supplier relationships and resolving account queries
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Well-organized, deadline-driven, and capable of handling pressure
• Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
