Creditors Clerk position available in Centurion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Full Accounts Payable function, and stand in for Cashbook capturing


• Accuracy and Timely capturing of invoices


• Creating Payment Requests


• Loading payments on banks


• Sending remittances and proof of payments


• Reconciling Vendor Accounts in Acumatica


• Age Analysis


• Process client refunds


• Reconciling and payment of Debit Cards

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting


• Acumatica experience beneficial


• Motor industry experience beneficial


• Proficient in Excel (essential)

Salary

Salary: CTC R18 000 – R22 000 per month.
