Job Description

• Prepare and circulate all reports to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.


• Lead the identification, development, implementation, and maintenance of new credit strategies and solutions.


• Analyze and report on key performance metrics in the Department.


• Evaluate operational processes and reporting to improve productivity, efficiency and profitability.


• Prepare ad‑hoc projects and analytics.


• Manage system/technical issues by logging service desk tickets with IT.


• Track all system/policy/operational changes made.


• Perform end‑to‑end systems testing.


• Automate reports and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Science or similar field.


• Preferred – Honours degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Science or similar field.


• Proficiency in database management, SQL and other programming languages.


• Advanced Excel.


• Experience 2‑5 years in Data Analytics and Reporting.


• Credit Underwriting would be an advantage.


• Preferred industry: Financial / Credit risk analytics.


• Skills: Technical – SQL, Advanced Excel, Quantitative Analytics.


• Ability to work with complex and large amounts of data.
