Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend, and approve SME lending deals within delegated authority.
• Conduct detailed financial and cash flow analysis to assess credit quality and sustainability.
• Work closely with Legal and Business Development teams to structure and finalise secured lending, asset finance, and working capital deals.
• Present professional credit assessments to the Credit Committee, highlighting key risks and mitigations.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signs, and take proactive corrective action.

Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in Commerce, Finance, or Business.
• Minimum 3 years in corporate or business lending, or 57 years in secured lending.
• Financial and commercial acumen.
• Strong knowledge of credit evaluation, risk management, and collateral.
• Confident decision-maker with sound analytical thinking who is comfortable working under pressure and enjoys problem-solving.
