Job summary

Atlas Finance is seeking a frontline credit loan consultant in Mitchells Plain to promote loan applications, assist clients in completing them and ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy in records. The role emphasizes achieving sales and collections targets while maintaining tidy branch standards.

You will provide professional service to customers, support the credit process and help ensure policy compliance within micro lending operations.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 minimum.
• Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3).
• 2 years’ experience in micro finance industry.
• Mathematical literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Meets monthly Loan application Sales targets by promoting Credit Loans and assisting customers.
• Meets monthly Collections targets by following company procedures for collections and following up on instalments.
• Accurately updates and maintains records and branch housekeeping standards.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times.
