Responsibilities

• Generate and dispatch invoices or PODs on time to enable payment.
• Receive remittance advices and allocate appropriately.
• Process discounts and rebates before month-end with the Credit Supervisor.
• Clear allocated cash in the General Ledger.
• Prepare stock tolerance journals in SAP and ensure debits/credits match.
• Prepare GL accounts for authorization and release before statements.
• Run statements in SAP and distribute to customers.
• Maintain compliance to credit limits and flag non-conformance.
• Liaise with customers to communicate balances and support credit limit reviews.
• Report on transactions beyond 60 days to the Credit Supervisor.
• Process 'stop supply' instructions in SAP when non-payment occurs.
• Notify customers when accounts are blocked and coordinate with internal departments.
• Investigate pricing claims and manage stock/claims in SAP.
• Ensure stock claims are tracked and resolved; provide supporting documents.
• Follow through on tasks; drive performance appraisals and training.
