Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow up daily on overdue accounts and unpaid invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and correct any errors or misallocated payments.
• Prepare and send suspension notices or final demands when needed.
• Meet monthly and quarterly collection targets.
