The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in credit control within FMCG, strong management skills, and knowledge of credit regulations. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Credit Control within FMCG.
• Experience managing or supervising a team.
• Solid knowledge of credit regulations and the National Credit Act.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the credit control function and team of credit controllers.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding debt and management of accounts receivable.
• Resolve customer queries including returns, shortages, pricing claims, rebates and promotions.
• Conduct reconciliations of key customer accounts.
