Overview

An industry-leading Bank situated in Stellenbosch is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Senior Credit Client Value Specialist to join their team.

  • Implement and enhance Credit profiling, behavioural and educational tools

Key Requirements
  • Creating strategies and tactics to influence client behaviour
  • Client journey analysis
  • Retail credit lifecycle and market
  • Database querying software (ex. SQL), Data and analytics OR Advanced Excel
  • Client engagement solutions including direct marketing segmentation
  • Relevant legislation, for example, the National Credit Act (NCA) Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI)
  • Banks Act and Basel III Risk Framework
  • Project management principles
  • Credit affordability assessment regulations.
Education & Experience
  • Relevant Honours degree (Masters advantages) in Business / Behavioural Economics / Management Accounting / Industrial Engineering / Economics / etc.
  • 3-4 years (if acquired a master’s)
  • 6+ years of relevant retail credit analysis experience
  • Experience in behavioural analysis.
  • Client journey mapping
  • Experience with Experimentation, and champion challenger techniques.
  • Experience in delivering a product or tool, through working with various internal and external stakeholders
