Job summary

Evolution Group is seeking a Credit Champion in Mbombela (Nelspruit) to promote Evolution Finance (EF) to customers of buildware merchants and to drive loan applications. You will input data into EF systems, upload supporting documents, and manage the application progress with applicants.

As the primary liaison, you will coordinate outcomes and merchant account setups for EF financing, contributing to housing development access and improved service for customers in South Africa.

• Input application data into EF systems and upload payslips and bank statements.
• Act as the primary liaison with EF applicants on progress and outcomes, and set up merchant accounts for EF financing.

Job description

1. The role of a Credit Champion (CC) is to solicit loan applications through the promotion of the Evolution Finance (EF) offering to customers or prospective customers of a buildware merchant,

2. The CC facilitates the application process for such customers through the input of application data into EF application systems, including uploading supporting documentation such as payslips and bank statements.

3. The CC is the primary liaison with EF applicants in terms of application progress, outcomes, and the setup of the merchant accounts for the acquisition of building materials.

4. The CC has a societal purpose in the form of facilitating finance for the much-needed development of and improvement of housing in South Africa. The CC also plays a beneficial role in allowing build-ware merchants to provide a better service and reach a larger customer base, thereby increasing their turnover and sustainability.
