Job summary

impact.com, a leading commerce partnership marketing platform, is seeking a Creator Solutions Intern to support campaigns across fashion, parenting, food and tech. You will assist with creator casting, engagement, and reporting, learning how to recruit partners and scale ambassador programs.

The six-month hybrid internship offers casual work, flexible hours, training, Coursera access, internet allowance, and certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience contributing to creator marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing programs.
• Foundational understanding of the creator lifecycle, including casting, budgeting, negotiation, contracting, content fulfillment oversight, and reporting creator verticals.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Campaign Support: Assisting with campaign execution, from initial creator casting through to final performance reporting.
• Client Management & Communication: Joining client kick-off calls, documenting action items and recap notes, and providing proactive client support.
• Creator Relationship Management: Communicating with creators, negotiating payments and campaign terms with Senior Managers.
• Service Excellence: Ensure clients and creators receive exceptional service and guidance.
• Casting: Partner with multiple clients to grow programs through curated partner recommendations.

Your Role at impact.com:

As a key member of the Creator Solutions team, our internal creator marketing experts, you will support the successful management of multiple accounts spanning diverse verticals, such as fashion, parenting, food, and technology. The team's mission is to execute and scale our brands' Creator Communities. You will learn how we drive partner recruitment, strategic engagement, and growth to cultivate a vibrant and high-performing partner network, contributing directly to campaigns from brief development to long-term ambassador programs.

What You'll Do:

The Creator Solutions Intern will be integral to campaign success and will be responsible for:

• End-to-End Campaign Support: Assisting with campaign execution, from initial creator casting through to final performance reporting.
• Client Management & Communication: Joining client kick-off calls, meticulously documenting action items and recap notes, and providing proactive client support.
• Creator Relationship Management: Communicating directly with creators, including negotiating payments and campaign terms to foster ongoing relationships, in partnership with Senior Managers.
• Service Excellence: Ensure both clients and creators receive exceptional customer service and expert guidance that enhances our excellent service offering.
• Casting: Partner with multiple clients in various verticals to help grow their programs through a curated selection of partner recommendations.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience contributing to creator marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing programs.
• Foundational understanding of the creator lifecycle, including casting, budgeting, negotiation, contracting, content fulfillment oversight, and reporting creator verticals.
• Previous agency experience or demonstrated knowledge of creator rates is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets & Excel.

Advantageous: Completion of your free Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification on PXA.
