We’re looking for a passionate Virtual Assistant Skills Trainer to empower and upskill our team of virtual assistants specializing in creative support. You’ll design engaging training experiences that strengthen our team’s creative and technical expertise, preparing them to thrive in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments. What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing Creative Learning Experiences: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that cover foundational skills, creative best practices, and client‑readiness.
- Leading Engaging Virtual Sessions: Bring energy and creativity to your classes, making each session interactive and inspiring.
- Upskilling for Success: Build advanced training programs focused on creative disciplines such as Social Media Marketing/Management, Email Marketing, and Graphic Design.
- Onboarding and Assessment: Guide new hires through onboarding and training, evaluating their skills and readiness to deliver quality creative work.
- Coaching and Mentorship: Conduct one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions to refine performance and encourage continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with Teams: Partner with leadership and client success teams to identify skill gaps, customize training plans, and measure outcomes.
- Creating Dynamic Content: Develop and update training decks, visuals, modules, and resource libraries that reflect current industry standards and creative trends.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of training experience in talent development, coaching, or learning facilitation (virtual experience preferred).
- 1–2 years of virtual assistant experience preferred—ideally in creative, marketing, or eCommerce.
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience in at least two to three of the following: Social Media Marketing/Management, Email Marketing, and Graphic Design.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex creative concepts.
- Passion for creative work, a love for learning, and a drive to help others grow.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Confidence using Gmail, Slack, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools.
