We are seeking a Creative Training Specialist—a specialized educator and practitioner to design, deliver, and own the training programs that develop our Virtual Assistants (VAs) into experts in modern digital content creation and management.

This role requires a blend of deep creative media expertise (video, social graphics, content strategy) and proven instructional design ability. You will be the force ensuring our remote talent is not just proficient, but best-in-class in generating high-converting e-commerce media.

Your Core Mission: Content Curriculum Mastery

You will be the architect and primary facilitator for all training related to visual and media content creation across our talent pipeline, directly influencing the quality of our service delivery.

  • Curriculum Strategy & Development
  • Specialized Training Design: Conceptualize and build dynamic, project-based training modules, video tutorials, and resource libraries centered on high-demand creative media skills for e-commerce (e.g., TikTok/Reels best practices, short-form video editing, content repurposing).
  • Media Tool Certification: Develop and administer competency exams and certification pathways for essential creative software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite).
  • Trend Integration: Continuously update curriculum to reflect the latest platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging content formats that drive measurable results for e-commerce clients.
  • Expert Training Delivery & Coaching
  • Live Workshops: Facilitate engaging, hands-on, virtual training workshops and live coaching sessions focused on production quality, brand consistency, and conversion-focused design principles.
  • Performance Coaching: Conduct targeted 1:1 and group sessions to diagnose creative output weaknesses, focusing on immediate, practical improvements in visual storytelling and media performance.
  • Quality Benchmarking: Collaborate with Operations to establish and enforce the highest quality standards for all media deliverables, from concept to final edit.
What We Require: Expert Media Practitioner and Educator
  • Training Experience: 2+ years of formal experience in Instructional Design, corporate training, or L&D focused specifically on digital media, graphic design, or content creation.
  • Content Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in creating, editing, and managing high-quality content for major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Proficiency in both static graphics and video production is essential.
  • Technical Fluency: Deep, working knowledge of the software and tools VAs use every day for visual content (e.g., Canva, video editing apps like CapCut, Google Workspace, and project management tools).
  • E-commerce Focus: Strong understanding of how visual content impacts e-commerce metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, engagement). Experience with content designed for paid social media is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional virtual presentation and feedback skills; ability to critique creative work constructively and simplify complex technical and aesthetic concepts into clear learning paths.
