Good - so are we. We're a small, fast-growing digital marketing agency that runs social media ads for your favourite online Health and Wellness brands. If working hard, learning constantly, working directly with our Founder Paul and being given lots of responsibility in a short space of time sounds scary or doesn't appeal to you, then please do not apply.

What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for somebody who has direct and relevant experience.

  • Coming up with winning ideas for social media ads
  • Writing scroll‑stopping headlines for static image ads
  • Scriptwriting and writing structured briefs for video ads
  • Working with actors and creators to bring ideas to life
  • Keeping tabs on what ads are performing well right now
  • Reviewing ad data and iterating to improve performance
What makes someone great in this role
  • A sharp understanding of psychology and audience behaviour
  • Highly organised and confident juggling multiple projects
  • Clear, confident communicator – especially with creators and clients
  • Familiarity with words like "hooks, "CTAs," and "pain points," etc.
  • Experience scripting social media ads for e‑commerce brands
  • The art of pulling somebody out of their trance of doomscrolling and showing them a hook they cannot help but pay attention to, then a video they cannot help but watch, and finally an offer they cannot help but buy – is no easy feat.
  • We’re looking for someone who can reference past work and has a deep familiarity with hooks, headlines, CTAs (call‑to‑actions), pain points, etc.
