The Legends Agency in Durban (serving Ottawa) seeks a Creative Solutions Lead with 7–10 years in a creative agency, POP, print, packaging, or retail marketing environment. This full-time, office-based role bridges Client Service, Sales, Production and Studio to refine briefs and deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will own intake and refinement of briefs, coordinate with Studio and cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet budgets, timelines and operational capability while communicating

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of experience in a creative agency, POP, print, packaging or retail marketing environment.
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Production, Operations or Project Management (or related field).
• Strong communication and influencing skills with ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strategic and commercial thinking with expertise in briefing, readiness, risk, and process improvement.

Aufgaben

• Own intake, evaluation and refinement of briefs to ensure strategic alignment and commercial viability.
• Prioritise work entering the Studio in coordination with the Studio Director.
• Coordinate with Client Service, Sales, Production and Operations to maintain momentum and resolve delivery risks.
• Ensure projects align with budget, timelines and operational capability while communicating implications of scope changes.
• Support accurate project scoping, costing and resource planning.
• Drive continuous improvement of briefing standards and cross-functional collaboration.
