Operations & Partnerships Manager
Nov or Dec
R20, – R25, / month (negotiable based on experience and aligned with lean startup rates; performance-linked progression)
Variable — tied to shoot schedules; includes some evenings / weekends during events and shoots
Deliver 52 episodes of The B-Side Podcast and 52 Camomile Sessions on schedule, with zero missed weeks.
Maintain a minimum of 4-week production buffer for each asset and work with Milan and Agency / Event Partners to ensure the delivery of one Camomile Live per quarter to audiences.
Establish and document repeatable production workflows (pre‑production ? shoot ? post) on Company Notion, improve speed‑to‑publish and quality consistency across both series, build and manage a trusted network of freelance videographers, sound engineers, stylists, and photographers, and negotiate competitive freelance rates or trade‑value partnerships.
Work closely with the Operations & Partnerships to manage budgets, logistics, and contracts with a focus on improving efficiencies and minimising costs.
Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and Video Editor to ensure final assets align with campaign goals.
Protect the storytelling DNA of all assets — making sure the tone, format, and visuals align with The Bowling Club’s creative direction, vision and mission.
Lead all stages of production for The B-Side Podcast and Camomile Sessions: pre‑production, shoot day, and post.
Build and maintain production calendars, shot lists, and checklists.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
Source, book, and manage shoot locations, stylists, and technical crew.
Ensure that each video aligns with brand tone, colour, and storytelling style.
Collaborate with Sishii and Milan on creative briefs and campaign outlines.
Conduct quality reviews before final export and publishing.
Liaise with freelance editors / Post Production Agency, designers, and photographers on deliverables.
Manage post‑production workflows and approvals.
Maintain smooth communication between creative, social, and operations teams.
Track shoot expenses and work within allocated budgets.
Support in negotiating vendor and freelancer rates.
Handle on‑set logistics — transport, catering, and schedule adherence.
Work collaboratively with Milan and Agency / Event Partners to produce one Camomile Live concert per quarter.

Sishii (Chief Creative) for creative oversight
Milan (CEO) for scheduling, deliverables, and brand integration
Social Media Manager for content rollout (Promotional and Final asset delivery)
Video Editor and Graphic Designer for post‑production
Admin / VA for booking, contracts, and coordination
