We're now looking for aCreative Marketing Managerto lead client-facing creative projects while actively contributing to hands-on design and marketing execution.

Role Overview

The Head of Creative will be responsible for delivering best-in-class creative work across all client accounts. This role is heavily hands-on, with approximately70% focused on design executionand30% on marketing implementation and strategy. You will balance design leadership with direct execution, ensuring that our creative output not only looks exceptional but also drives measurable business outcomes. This position is 90% client-focused, requiring someone who is comfortable managing client expectations, presenting creative concepts, and ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative & Design (70%)
    • Lead the design and execution of digital assets, including UX / UI design for applications and websites (with emphasis on Shopify / e-commerce platforms)
    • Web and social media banners
    • Email marketing templates and campaign creatives
    • Marketing collateral across digital channels
    • Ensure creative consistency across client deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices
    • Collaborate closely with developers, performance marketers, and account managers to translate client objectives into engaging visual outputs
    • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and practices to bring innovative ideas to clients
  • Marketing (30%)
    • Contribute to client performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) by supporting creative development and campaign execution
    • Assist with email marketing campaign planning, segmentation, and reporting
    • Provide creative input on client marketing strategies to ensure campaigns are both visually impactful and commercially effective
    • Support the integration of design with performance goals, optimising assets for conversions, CTR, and engagement
Skills & Experience
  • Essential: 5+ years of experience in a creative / design role, ideally within an agency or e-commerce environment. Strong portfolio showcasing UX / UI design, digital campaigns, and e-commerce / shopify-related design. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.). Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (email marketing, performance marketing, CRO). Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Excellent communication skills for presenting creative concepts to clients.
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience with Shopify theme customization. Understanding of performance marketing analytics (CTR, ROAS, conversion rates). Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
