TalentPop is the recognized leader in providing high-performance virtual assistance to the world’s fastest-growing e‑commerce brands. We are seeking a Creative Learning Specialist to design, manage, and deliver the essential training programs that transform great remote talent into best‑in‑class Creative Virtual Assistants (VAs).

This role is for the builder, the coach, and the creative strategist. You won’t just facilitate existing modules—you will own the curriculum for creative excellence, ensuring our VAs are client‑ready masters of Social Media, Email Marketing, and Graphic Design.

Your Strategic Impact: Curriculum Ownership and Delivery

You will be the architect of our creative training pipeline, directly influencing the quality and scalability of our talent pool.

Curriculum Design and Strategy
  • Instructional Design & Innovation: Conceptualize, design, and continuously update all training materials (modules, decks, videos, resource libraries) focused on high‑demand creative skills to reflect current industry trends and client needs.
  • Skill Mastery Programs: Build and facilitate advanced, hands‑on workshops in key marketing disciplines, including Social Media Management, Email Marketing, and Graphic Design.
  • Virtual Onboarding & Assessment: Lead the training and evaluation for all new creative hires, ensuring 100% preparedness for client‑facing tasks and setting the benchmark for quality performance.
Performance Coaching and Collaboration
  • Targeted Coaching: Conduct targeted 1:1 and group coaching sessions to diagnose performance gaps and mentor existing VAs toward specialization and advanced skill achievement.
  • Cross‑Functional Partnership: Partner directly with the Operations and Client Success Teams to identify and close critical skills gaps that impact service delivery and client satisfaction.
What You Bring: The Expert Combination
  • Training Expertise: 2+ years of formal experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or corporate training delivery.
  • Creative Proficiency: Proven hands‑on experience in Social Media Management, Email Marketing, and/or Graphic Design. You must be able to teach and troubleshoot these skills effectively.
  • Tool Mastery: Deep familiarity with the software VAs rely on (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, Buffer, Google Workspace).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional virtual presentation and facilitation skills; ability to simplify complex technical/creative concepts into clear, actionable learning paths.
  • Remote Context: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, freelancer, or training talent in a remote/BPO environment is highly desirable.
