Hours: Based on US time (3 PM - 12 AM) ONSITE

Mandatory: Own a car for the hours onsite (no Uber or public transport)

• Oversee a team of approximately 15 artists.
• Lead the layout artist team.
• Communicate training to the team effectively.
• Manage workflow within the department to ensure efficiency.
• Implement measures to ensure all work is accurate and meets high-quality standards.
• Enforce and maintain high-quality standards consistently.
• Ensure a 24-hour proof turnaround time.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an art director or similar role.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
