Job Overview

The Creative Director will shape the overarching creative vision of our products, digital platforms, and customer experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in design, branding, and digital innovation. You will lead a multidisciplinary creative team, collaborating across departments to bring bold ideas to life and maintain high creative standards at every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team including social media specialists, marketing interns, videographers, multimedia designers, and copywriters.
  • Develop and implement a creative vision aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure consistency across all content and communications.
  • Collaborate closely with the social media team to align creative output with strategy.

Design, Content & Multimedia Oversight

  • Guide the development of visual and written content across all channels.
  • Approve and ensure the quality of all creative outputs, including designs, video content, photography, and copy.
  • Oversee storytelling efforts through multimedia, ensuring alignment with brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Ensure written and visual content produced internally and externally adheres to brand guidelines.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the CMO and other departments to unify brand messaging.
  • Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative, communicative environment across the creative and marketing teams.

Performance-Driven Execution

  • Lead and evaluate performance-focused creative campaigns based on data and key metrics.
  • Work with the social media team to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
  • Use analytics to guide creative decision-making.

Team Development & Mentorship

  • Provide consistent feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities for team members.
  • Encourage innovation, ownership, and initiative among the team.

Operational Efficiency

Ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of creative projects. Create and optimize workflows to boost productivity and creativity.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication, Advertising, Media, or a related field.

Experience
