Qualifications

• 10+ years in film or animation production.
• Portfolio of diverse film/animation projects.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D/stop-motion techniques and live-action processes.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software and production pipelines.
• Strong storytelling, visual design, and cinematography.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Animation, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in film or animation production, with at least 5 years in a creative leadership role (e.g., Creative Director, Art Director, Supervising Animator).
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful film and animation projects, demonstrating exceptional artistic vision and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of various animation techniques (2D, 3D, stop-motion) and live-action filmmaking processes.
• Proficiency with industry-standard creative software and production pipelines.
• Exceptional understanding of storytelling, visual design, character development, and cinematography.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse creative teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
