Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative roles within Arts & Entertainment or digital media.
• 3+ years in a leadership position overseeing teams.
• Strong portfolio across video, design, UX and campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overarching creative strategies for digital media projects.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and multimedia specialists.
• Oversee conceptualization and execution of visual content across platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality artistic standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
