Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in related field with 3–5 years in managerial role.
• Background in BTL / Experiential marketing.
• Experience in art direction, graphic/product/interior/exhibition/experience design.
• Solid design software proficiency as listed.
• Ability to present strategic creative directions to executives.

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into strategic creative direction and execution plans.
• Lead ideation, resource allocation and design excellence while driving innovation.
• Safeguard quality standards and uphold client expectations.
• Present high-impact creative strategies and pitches to executives and boards.
• Drive new business development by positioning design as a commercial lever.
• Expand client and stakeholder relationships to unlock growth.
• Oversee reporting, billing compliance, and strategic planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and future-proof the team's capability.
• Provide leadership in talent acquisition, probation, and development.
• Mentor staff and foster continuous professional growth.
• Design and implement performance frameworks, KPIs and progression.
• Oversee disciplinary processes and corrective actions.
