As a Creative Director at Designity, you will lead the vision behind meaningful, brand defining work.

This includes everything from big picture platforms and campaign concepts to compelling storytelling and content across digital channels.

You will bring creative insight to every engagement, guide a team of talented creatives, and champion ambitious ideas that push boundaries while aligning with client goals.

You will also use AI-powered tools to support ideation, enhance the quality of creative work, and simplify creative processes.

By staying current with the latest design trends, you will help creative teams focus on what matters most: delivering thoughtful, high-impact, and elevated work that resonates with clients and their audiences.

Unlike in‑house hiring, which is expensive and skill‑limiting, or marketplaces like Upwork and Fiverr, which lack reliability and creative oversight, Designity delivers a seamless, results‑driven approach that makes creative collaboration effortless.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead overarching creative direction for multiple clients across diverse industries with projects related to branding, marketing campaigns, digital content, and storytelling.

Drive concept development that pushes creative boundaries while staying true to brand strategy.

Collaborate with Creatives and Clients to turn business goals into compelling visual narratives.

Present high‑level creative to clients pitching ideas, leading reviews, and shaping feedback conversations that move the work forward.

Schedule and lead brainstorming sessions that generate original thinking rooted in brand objectives and audience insight.

Ensure creative consistency and excellence across all channels, deliverables, and brand expressions.

Evaluate in‑progress creative against brand and client goals, offering feedback that sharpens execution and raises the bar.

Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate and enhance ideation, streamline workflows, and focus creative energy where it matters most.

Ensure creative teams stay focused on overall creative alignment through evolving project needs and timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of experience in creative direction within an agency or fast‑paced creative environment.

Proven ability to lead cross‑functional creative teams and guide strategic, brand‑aligned work.

Strong background in branding, marketing, content strategy or digital design.

Deep expertise in graphic design principles and visual communication.

Exceptional storytelling and communication skills comfortable presenting ideas and managing client feedback cycles.

Experience managing multiple complex projects with shifting priorities and tight timelines.

Strong track record of implementing AI tools to boost creativity and team efficiency.

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a remote‑first environment.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Must be available from 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time (EST).

For those in other regions (e.g., Europe or South Africa), at least 6–7 hours of overlap with these hours is preferred.
