THE ROLE

We're looking for a Creative Director to lead our creative vision and elevate everything we deliver — from websites to campaigns. You'll own the story, the look, and the feel.

You'll guide designers, developers, and clients through the creative journey — and ensure every word and pixel connects to something bigger. If you're a hybrid creative leader — equal parts storyteller, strategist, and team mentor — this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead the creative direction across all client projects (with a focus on law firms and impact-driven brands).
  • Turn brand strategy into clear messaging, beautiful design, and persuasive storytelling.
  • Write or guide the creation of compelling web copy and brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with dev and marketing teams to make sure every site launches flawlessly.
  • Present creative concepts to clients and champion the "why" behind the work.
  • Mentor the design team to think beyond visuals — into emotion and meaning.
  • Explore how AI can enhance creative processes, without losing the human touch.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 5–10 years in creative direction, brand strategy, or digital storytelling.
  • Experience leading website or campaign projects from concept to launch.
  • Strong copywriting and conceptual chops — you think in both words and visuals.
  • Great communicator and presenter; you can sell the story and the strategy.
  • Experience in law firm marketing, professional services, or purpose-driven brands is a huge plus.
  • Curiosity for how AI can evolve creative work.
