Creative Designer & Motion Graphics Artist

We're looking for a talented and experienced Designer and Motion Graphics Artist with a strong eye for packaging design, digital brand storytelling, and visual merchandising.

You’ll work across a portfolio of leading skincare brands, creating visually impactful packaging, social media content, website visuals, and in-store displays that bring our brands to life — both online and in-store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop packaging concepts, layouts, and final artwork for print production.
  • Create digital marketing content — including reels, stories, product videos, and campaign graphics.
  • Manage and design social media videos & posts, ensuring cohesive brand identity and messaging.
  • Design website assets such as banners, product visuals, and landing page layouts.
  • Design visual merchandising materials — retail displays, shelf talkers, posters, and point-of-sale elements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Prepare production-ready files for printers, manufacturers, and suppliers.
  • Support packaging development from concept to production, including material choices and finishing.
  • Assist with procurement coordination, supplier follow-ups, and sample approvals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years’ agency experience in graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, digital, and visual merchandising work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere).
  • Strong understanding of colour, typography, layout, and brand systems.
  • Experience in beauty or lifestyle brands will be a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and basic web content design is a plus.
  • Experience with video creation & AI tools such as Veo 3, Runway, Sora, Midjourney, and HeyGen.
