Job summary

Dotsure, on behalf of Badger Holdings, seeks a Creative Designer for its George, Western Cape on-site team. You’ll craft high-quality visual assets to strengthen the brand across digital and print touchpoints, collaborating with marketing and content teams to drive campaigns and engagement.

The role focuses on delivering visually compelling, production-ready artwork while upholding brand guidelines in a fast-paced environment. A strong portfolio and 3+ years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• A diploma or national diploma in graphic design or related field, or equivalent practical experience with an exceptional portfolio.
• At least 3 years' professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house marketing setting.
• A portfolio showing commercial design work across digital and print channels.
• Experience applying brand guidelines consistently across platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for digital, print and marketing campaigns.
• Produce engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing and paid media.
• Create print-ready artwork for brochures, posters, signage and marketing collateral.
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters and stakeholders to develop concepts.
• Present design ideas and incorporate feedback into final solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.
• Ensure artwork is accurate, high quality and production ready.
