About the Role

As Country Manager – South Africa, you'll be the face and force behind PropFundX's presence in the South African market.

You’ll own the local affiliate strategy, build a strong network of partners, and work across departments to ensure long-term success in the region.

This is a senior-level, strategic role with a heavy focus on affiliate relationships and business development.

We're looking for someone who knows the South Africa affiliate and trading ecosystem inside out, and is ready to make real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the South Africa go-to-market and affiliate expansion strategy
• Build, lead, and optimize a high-performing affiliate partner network in South Africa
• Act as PropFundX's ambassador in the local fintech, trading, and affiliate space
• Analyze market trends, regulatory updates, and user behaviors to guide growth decisions
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and offerings to South African users
• Host and attend regional events, webinars, and meetups to strengthen community ties
• Monitor affiliate KPIs, track conversions, and ensure performance benchmarks are achieved
• Provide regular reporting and insights to the global executive team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Country Manager or Senior Affiliate Manager within a fintech, trading, or affiliate-focused organization
• Deep knowledge of the South African affiliate marketing landscape, including relationships with influencers, KOLs, and digital publishers
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing affiliate accounts and revenue pipelines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English; understanding of South African financial / trading regulations is a strong plus
• Results-oriented mindset with hands‑on experience in growth and campaign execution
• Familiar with affiliate dashboards, CRM systems, performance analytics
