We are looking for an experienced Counsellor who specialises in brief intervention and has work on matters related to youth couples grief addiction and trauma to name a few.

Main responsibilities :
  • Deliver focused interventions so that clients ace coping mechanisms at work and life
  • Visit worksites to provide support after an event disruption
  • Deliver counselling services via in-person video and telehealth
  • Deliver training to customer employees

The ideal candidate :
  • A strong sense of others were looking for sensitivity and empathy as traits
  • Current APC with NZAC DAPAANZ SWRB or NZCCA
  • Tertiary level 7 Counselling or related qualification and a minimum of five years of post-study experience in general counselling is required.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapy models e.g. SFT CBT FACT is desirable
  • Can work independently and attend on-sites for psychological first aid.
  • Experience in trauma intervention psychological first-aid
