Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Junior Financial Consultant, Financial Adviser, or similar role.
• Must have sufficient experience in costings and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices.
• Gather payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line.
• Prepare quarterly budget under the purview of senior management.
• Analyze financial statements and prepare balance sheets.
• Provide regular reports on costings, variances, and actuals.
• Able to process source info on Pastel and generate respective reports.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts.
