Introduction

A leading premium automotive dealership in Nelspruit is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Costing & Warranty Clerk to join their dynamic Aftersales team.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Accurately process job card costings for service and repair work
  • Handle full warranty administration, submissions, and follow-ups
  • Ensure correct labour, parts, and sublet allocations
  • Reconcile warranty claims and maintain required documentation
  • Liaise with workshop, parts, and service departments to ensure accurate workflows
  • Maintain compliance with OEM policies and dealership standards
  • Support the Service Advisor and Workshop Controller where required
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Previous experience as a Costing Clerk and/or Warranty Clerk in the automotive sector
  • Strong understanding of dealership processes and OEM warranty procedures
  • Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Evolve, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
