Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the storeroom, including receiving, storing, issuing, and distributing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliations.
- Enforce policies for proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and other departments to ensure material availability.
- Monitor stock levels and generate requisitions for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage documentation for stock movements (receipts, transfers, disposals).
- Book parts out on job cards daily.
- Prepare regular reports on stock status, usage, and discrepancies.
- Continuously improve inventory management processes and storage efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse, storeroom, or inventory management.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Friendly yet firm personality with proven leadership skills.
- Fast learner with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Hours
- Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00
- Every second Saturday 08:30 – 12:00
