Introduction

Join a growing Corporate Tax Compliance team based in Cape Town and play a key role in delivering high-quality UK corporate tax compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients across the Creative, Media & Technology, Real Estate, and Financial Services sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tax professional with UK corporate tax exposure who’s ready to take ownership of client relationships, review complex compliance work, and support a dynamic team in a hybrid, collaborative environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and review UK corporate tax compliance for a portfolio of companies and groups
• Review corporation tax computations and returns (prepared in Alphatax)
• Liaise directly with UK-based Partners, Directors, and clients to ensure technical accuracy and timely delivery
• Oversee workflow management, deadlines, billing, and client communications
• Provide mentoring and technical support to junior team members
• Identify advisory opportunities and contribute to process improvements within the compliance function

Desired Experience & Qualification

• SAIT-qualified (or similar) with a degree in Tax or Accounting
• 5+ years' experience in corporate tax compliance, with demonstrable UK corporate tax exposure
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities
• Experience using Alphatax or similar tax software preferred
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple client portfolios
