Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa who will open doors and drive pipeline for the sales team. You own the top of the funnel, researching ideal accounts and booking meetings with qualified decision makers.

You will craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, identify decision makers, and maintain accurate Salesforce/SalesLoft records to support Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.

• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
