  • Our Group Function Legal Affairs and Compliance team (GFLA) in EMEA delivers strategic support across commercial, regulatory, employment, and corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance and enabling business success. As the EMEA Market Area undergoes transformation, we are seeking a team player who will help drive strong governance and safeguard company value and reputation.
  • As a Corporate Affairs Specialist, you will support corporate affairs across multiple markets within your assigned Territory. You will be part of a team of specialists reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, Middle East and Africa. The role is located in‑Territory, preferably South Africa or Egypt.
Role Overview
  • You will support Legal and Corporate Affairs by managing company secretarial responsibilities and ensuring effective governance frameworks. You will bring clarity, structure, and simplicity while enabling compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence across the region.
What You Will Do
  • Manage company secretarial duties, statutory records, board and committee documentation, and regulatory filings.
  • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of governance frameworks aligned with local laws and global standards.
  • Drive strong governance by supporting board processes, director appointments, and governance best practices.
  • Act with integrity and uphold Ericsson’s ethical standards, serving as a trusted advisor who safeguards company value and reputation.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and support Corporate Affairs initiatives across your Territory.
  • Collaborate closely across EMEA and GFLA, building effective relationships with internal teams, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and enable consistent governance communication across the region.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance governance reporting, and bring innovation to compliance and governance activities.
  • Contribute to Corporate Affairs projects by developing effective, scalable, and business-aligned solutions.
