The Junior Coordinator – Panel Management provides operational support for the management of South Africa’s official TV audience measurement panel. This entry-level role assists with panel recruitment, installation scheduling, household engagement, and quality control, ensuring compliance with BRC standards, POPIA regulations, and internal processes. The position is key to maintaining panel health and data integrity, which underpin the reliability of the TV audience currency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in panel recruitment activities; ensure accurate collection of demographic data.
  • Installation Coordination: Schedule and confirm installation appointments; support field teams with documentation.
  • Household Engagement & Retention: Maintain communication with panel households; assist in implementing incentive programs.
  • Quality Control Assistance: Perform basic QC checks on household data and equipment; report anomalies.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Update internal systems with recruitment and installation records; prepare simple reports.
Qualifications & Experience

1–2 years in administrative support, field coordination, or customer service (media industry experience is a plus). Basic understanding of South African demographics and POPIA. Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn panel management tools. Attention to detail; communication skills; team player; adaptability.

Success Metrics

Timely scheduling and completion of installations; accuracy of household data; positive feedback from panel households; compliance with BRC and POPIA standards.
