MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To manage a team of coordinators to ensure adequate placement of competent MHR agency members at our MHR clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
  • Lead a team of coordinators
  • Ensure an effective staff placement service is provided to our clients
  • Compile month-end reports and address deviations
  • Assist in growing the business and engaging with clients
  • Manage code of conduct
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION :

Diploma or degree in Nursing or

Diploma or a degree in EMC

DESIRED EDUCATION :
  • Diploma or a degree in Management
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE :

At least 2 – 3 years as a Registered nurse or ALS in a managerial role

Experience in the Healthcare industry

DESIRED EXPERIENCE :

Experience in the temporary employment services industry

Experience in staff recruitment and selection

Experience in investigating and managing near-miss events

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of healthcare professions’ structure and scope of practice, e.g., nursing and emergency services

Code of conduct : knowledge and application in the workplace

Familiar with relevant legislation such as the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and Labour Relations Act (LRA), and the ability to apply this in the workplace

Displays strong administrative skills

Demonstrate exceptional client service skills and the ability to pursue potential clients
