Coordinator – London's Sexual Violence Alliance

The Sexual Violence (SV) Alliance is a ground-breaking collaboration between seven specialist sexual violence organisations: four Rape Crisis Centres (NIA, Rape Crisis South London, Solace and Women & Girls Network) and three specialist organisations (Galop, Respond, and SurvivorsUK).

Together we bring experience in delivering expert, intersectional, and trauma-informed services to survivors of sexual violence.

The Alliance Coordinator (AC) will work closely with the Alliance Director to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Alliance.

They will support across a wide range of tasks that are critical to operational and strategic leadership of the Alliance, including preparing and coordinating senior meetings, preparing communications, report writing, and collating survivor feedback.

While the postholder will not have direct line management responsibilities, they will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication across the partnership.

Eligibility & Vetting

Women‑only role. The position is subject to enhanced vetting and barring checks. The role is governed by Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR), Schedule 9 (Work; Exceptions), Part 1 (Occupational Requirements) of the Equality Act.
