A leading financial services provider in Durban is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to oversee the delivery of learning services and manage event logistics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience, a FETC in Human Resources, and strong coordination and communication skills. To coordinate the delivery of learning and development services through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
1 - 2 years experience in a similar environment
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) (NQF Level 04) in Human Resources
Effectively co-ordinate resources allocated to the job in order to perform contracted work outputs and report on and
Utilise a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents and maintain associated records, spreadsheets and databases.
Coordinate the collection of relevant data to generate monthly reports that reflect analysis and insight into tendencies and patterns.
Support clients with regard to ad-hoc reports and queries in line with service level agreements.
Organise and plan logistics (facility selection, menu planning, transportation and audio / visual equipment) for company events according to set standards.
Liaises with all the necessary external and internal parties to ensure the defined objectives are met.
Accountable for own work quality, standards and outputs related to policies, procedures and defined processes.
Plan for task execution and adjust priorities against an established plan.
Executes activities to ensure customer service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations aligned to Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) principles.
Adhere to predetermined operational costing within budgets in the execution of projects and work related expenditure.
Adhere to specified standards, policies and procedures to prevent potential losses / wastage.
Contribute positively to own area-specific knowledge improvement.
Comply to set governance and compliance procedures and processes related to an area of work and continuously identify, rectify and elevate risks where necessary.
