Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country, and we are actively interviewing Delivery Drivers for our New Orleans, LA store located at 2801 Magazine St., Suite 6, New Orleans, LA.

Role Overview

As a Delivery Driver, you are the main face our customers see outside of the bakery! You deliver the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are, providing a friendly and efficient service.

Responsibilities

1. Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store.
2. Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream promptly and safely.
3. Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone.
4. Use the company’s delivery app to update order status accurately.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the local 2-mile radius is a plus.
• Own a car, with valid license, registration, and insurance.
• Pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Smartphone with data plan.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years old.
