Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property administration, conveyancing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of property transfer processes and local property laws.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate and manage the transfer of property ownership.
• Ensure required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Communicate with clients and attorneys for transfer processes.
• Maintain records of all transactions and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
• Prepare financial statements and liaise with the accounting team.
