Our client, a Specialist Property Law firm based in Sandton, with a focus on property transactions, development, and finance is looking for a Conveyancer with full knowledge of drafting FNB and ABSA bonds and bond cancellations

Responsibilities

• Drafting of FNB and ABSA bond and bond cancellations
• Full knowledge of Lexis Convey
• Full knowledge of E4 and Stordoc
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Manage property files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree
• Admitted Attorney
• Minimum 2 years conveyancing experience
• Notary Public will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
