Overview

In this pivotal role, you will enhance the customer onboarding experience for our Online Casino platform. Your focus will be on developing and implementing data-driven strategies aimed at improving landing pages, registration processes, and essential user pathways. This position requires a keen analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to ongoing improvement through A / B testing. You will collaborate closely with studio, customer acquisition, marketing teams, and management to promote our testing capabilities and strategies, fostering a data-driven, fail-fast culture that drives measurable improvements in customer conversion rates.

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing conversion role or digital marketing.
  • A customer-centric and goal-driven approach, with a solid grasp of conversion rate optimization principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with all aspects of conversion enhancement, including copywriting, user experience (UX), and web analytics, with hands-on experience in A / B and multivariate testing.
  • Strong critical thinking and project management abilities, enabling effective task prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficient analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data sets, along with strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking to boost conversion rates.
Areas of Responsibility
  • Implement new automated journeys, focusing on relevance and personalization of messaging.
  • Monitor all conversion touchpoints, such as sign-ups, failed first-time deposits (FTDs), abandoned credit card registrations, and cross-sells across different player baskets and channels.
  • Design structured journeys aimed at enhancing conversion rates and player engagement.
  • Adapt manual strategies for implementation in automated systems.
  • Identify problem areas in conversion, generate innovative ideas and technologies to enhance conversion, and test improvements in player journeys and UI / UX, including the sign-up process and onboarding.
  • Analyze test data to identify trends, extract key insights, make recommendations, and share learnings to positively influence customer experience, conversion rates, and future feature developments.
  • Maintain clear documentation of optimization tests, user journey updates, and technical requests using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Understand various traffic sources and determine what new users seek on-site.
  • Advocate for user-centered design methodologies and integrate qualitative and quantitative research findings to improve optimization tests.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and implement conversion optimization campaigns, including landing page and content optimization, and enhancements to user experience.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on conversion optimization initiatives and results to stakeholders.
Objectives
  • Identify improvement areas across websites and customer touchpoints, implementing solutions to boost conversion rates through innovative interventions and effective optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business intelligence, and development teams to ensure that changes made to journeys and feature rollouts enhance conversion rates.
