A dynamic digital marketing firm in Cape Town is seeking a skilled CRO professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, familiar with A/B testing and web analytics tools. CRO
Minimum of 3 years working in CRO.
Hands‑on experience with A/B testing / multivariate testing tools (e.g. Optimizely, VWO, AB‑Tasty, etc.).
Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics / GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar).
Experience with qualitative tools (e.g. user testing, session replay, heatmaps) desirable.
Strong analytical mindset: comfortable handling data, interpreting results statistically, generating insights from large datasets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to explain complex insight in a way non‑technical stakeholders understand.
Strong project management skills: managing multiple concurrent experiments, prioritising based on impact & effort.
Location: V&A Waterfront, Cape Town.
21 days increasing with length of service, national holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off; optional company trips.
